Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Lehotsky held various positions at KBR and its predecessor companies for 25 years, with the great majority of his experience dealing with LNG engineering and construction of liquefaction and regasification facilities internationally and domestically. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

He has held various positions in engineering, operations, reliability management and maintenance with international assignments in Germany, Thailand, and China, before transferring to Baytown, Texas in 2009.

    Herman received a master’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and completed post graduate work in Business Administration at the University of Bangkok, Thailand.

    Herman was 2 years on the Belgian Elite Kayak racing team and became Belgian champion in 1989. In 2016 he became Texas State Champion in the masters division Team Time Trial cycling.

    Herman and his wife Anne have four children and reside in League City, Texas.

    Prior to working for Accenture, Mike was the Vice President of Engineering for Life Cycle Engieering where he provided executive sponsorship to the Reliability Engineering Community of Practice and facilitated the Certified Reliability Engineering program with high impact learning techniques to teach courses including Risk-Based Asset Management, Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Maintenance Technologies in partnership with Clemson University, Ohio State University, University of Alabama, University of Wisconsin and the University of Tennessee.

    Prior to that role, Mike worked for the Department of Defense as the Life Cycle Engineer and Defense Acquisition Professional for the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier program. He is also certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology, a Certified Reliability Leader, and an ISO 55000 Internal Auditor.

    Mike holds an B.S in Nuclear Engineering and Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Ediston State University.

    Manuel "Manny" Ehrlich was nominated by President Barack Obama to the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board in January of 2014 and confirmed by the Senate in December 2014. Prior to his appointment Mr. Ehrlich spent over 50 years in the chemical industry in a variety of positions.

    Mr. Ehrlich spent much of his career with BASF Corporation. During his time at BASF Mr. Ehrlich worked in a variety of roles, including plant management and eventually leading emergency response efforts across North America. In this capacity he responded to, managed and investigated numerous hazardous materials incidents in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

With 36 years of experience in the chemical industry, he is currently a Senior Consultant for Solomon Associates. Prior to joining Solomon in 2014, Jeff was corporate director of Maintenance and Reliability for The Dow Chemical Company. He also held numerous global operations director roles in various businesses for Dow during his career. His desire is to use the Solomon RAM benchmarking study to help create leadership and innovation in an organization which allows through business strategy development, his clients to improve customer loyalty, employee engagement and increased profitability. He is the author of LeadeReliability and an internationally recognized thought leader in reliability and leadership. He has published numerous articles on both topics and has delivered many conference addresses on the subjects. In his spare time he works on his 80-acre horse ranch and spends time with his family. He is an avid reader, learner and teacher.

This includes pulling the site teams together to set up a sustainable platform that builds a culture that believes in “A” work process that delivers the desired improvements in performance. He has led multiple cost improvement efforts with refineries, olefins plants, and specialty chemical plants. In this role he works closely with the leadership teams and the people in the field to systematically improve performance. In previous assignments he served as Operations Unit Manager, Maintenance Manager, Reliability Manager, Turnaround Manager, Project and Cost Control Manager.

    Herman Verhoeven is Global Reliability Manager for Covestro.

    In his current role, Herman is responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable strategy for improving reliability, availability and maintainability at all Covestro production sites globally.

    He began his career with Bayer in 1987 as a maintenance engineer at the Antwerp, Belgium facility. He has held various positions in engineering, operations, reliability management and maintenance with international assignments in Germany, Thailand, and China, before transferring to Baytown, Texas in 2009.

    Herman received a master’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and completed post graduate work in Business Administration at the University of Bangkok, Thailand.

    Herman was 2 years on the Belgian Elite Kayak racing team and became Belgian champion in 1989. In 2016 he became Texas State Champion in the masters division Team Time Trial cycling.

    Herman and his wife Anne have four children and reside in League City, Texas.

    Mike Poland is the Asset Performance Management leader for Accenture Assets and Operation Services in North America. As a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, he has over 30 years of engineering, reliability and maintenace experience in industries serving the energy value chain. Mike specializes in reliability processes and systems engineering with an emphasis on defect detection and elimination through root cause analysis and risk-based inspections. His approach to risk-based asset management and the elimination of limiting factors for clients provides greatly enhanced asset utilization at a much lower total cost of ownership.

    Mike also serves as a board member for the American National Standards Institute, the Institute of Asset Management and is a member of the Maintenance Committee for the International Association of Drilling Contractors and the North Sea Task Force both focused on life cycle sustainment activities of exploration and production assets.

    Prior to working for Accenture, Mike was the Vice President of Engineering for Life Cycle Engieering where he provided executive sponsorship to the Reliability Engineering Community of Practice and facilitated the Certified Reliability Engineering program with high impact learning techniques to teach courses including Risk-Based Asset Management, Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Maintenance Technologies in partnership with Clemson University, Ohio State University, University of Alabama, University of Wisconsin and the University of Tennessee.

    Prior to that role, Mike worked for the Department of Defense as the Life Cycle Engineer and Defense Acquisition Professional for the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier program. He is also certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology, a Certified Reliability Leader, and an ISO 55000 Internal Auditor.

    Mike holds an B.S in Nuclear Engineering and Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Ediston State University.
